Requirements

The ideal candidate should have proven experience working with HubSpot CRM and Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, and CMS), 2-4 years in a technical pre-sales or solutions consultant role, preferably in a SaaS or agency environment, a strong understanding of HubSpot APIs, workflows, automation, and integrations, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. HubSpot certifications, such as HubSpot Solutions Partner or Inbound Marketing, are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

As a HubSpot Technical Specialist, you will serve as the technical point of contact during the pre-sales cycle, demonstrating HubSpot’s capabilities and integration potential, collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to gather client requirements and propose effective HubSpot-based solutions, design and deliver custom demos tailored to client use cases, assist in preparing proposals, documentation, and technical responses to RFPs, support the team for complex implementations, including automation workflows, custom objects, APIs, and third-party integrations, stay updated on HubSpot features, industry best practices, and emerging tools, and provide post-sales handover to implementation teams with comprehensive technical documentation.
