Candidates should possess at least 2 years of customer-facing, technical experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or equivalent title, demonstrating outstanding communication abilities and the capacity to present to both individual contributors and decision-makers. They should also have a track record of successfully managing multiple projects independently, coupled with hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and various operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux), along with cloud application architecture knowledge. Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations is a plus.
As a Post Sales - Solutions Engineer at Vanta, you will partner with Account Managers to identify and drive renewal and expansion opportunities, build and maintain strong technical partnerships with customers through product demonstrations and communications, develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and executive sponsors, influence Vanta’s strategy and product priorities by providing customer feedback, cultivate an environment of teamwork and continuous improvement, work cross-functionally to resolve customer issues, develop processes and workflows, and interact with various roles within an organization, including executives. You will also be responsible for understanding the Vanta product capabilities and competitive landscape, and fostering a best-in-class Solutions Engineering organization.
