Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in post-sales Marketing SaaS implementation and customization. A strong technical aptitude in AI prompting and architecting complex technical solutions, including APIs, is required. Experience with iPaaS/connected applications, excellent project management skills, and strong communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary. The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and experience training customers are essential qualifications.

Responsibilities

The Senior Solutions Architect will partner with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to identify, plan, scope, and deliver customized technical implementations for high-value customers. They will collaborate with customers to manage and customize technical use cases, which may involve building custom templates, workflows, fine-tuned AI models, and API implementations. Responsibilities also include creating and delivering use-case-specific training, providing ongoing support, answering customer questions, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customers effectively utilize the Jasper platform. The role also involves continuously improving service delivery processes and methodologies.
