Candidates should have software development experience in at least two of the following languages: Python, Java, or Go. They must also possess API and custom data integration experience in a Hybrid or SaaS environment, along with technical debugging skills including log analysis, code analysis, and end-to-end transaction tracing. Networking expertise, including a deep understanding of cloud and on-premise networking, is required, as is experience in at least two of the following disciplines: Software Engineering, Cloud Architecture, DevOps, or Data Engineering.
The Solutions Architect will serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise and strategic customers post-sale, guiding them through the architecture, design, and implementation of Glean within their existing enterprise architecture. This includes onboarding new datasources, implementing custom integrations, and building tools, templates, and documentation for customer integration. The role involves identifying opportunities to expand Glean's usage, providing training to customer technical resources, aligning technical plans with customers and Glean Customer Success, and assisting with issue identification, troubleshooting, and remediation. Additionally, the Solutions Architect will collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to drive product improvements and actively participate in the Glean customer technical community.
