Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in Technical Account Management, pre-sales, or a similar role, with a background in the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with effective time management and organizational abilities. Preferred qualifications include experience with malware, threat intelligence, sandbox analysis, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and programming or scripting languages. The role requires comfort with travel up to 33% of the time, independent work, and presenting to groups.
The Technical Account Manager will serve as the primary post-sales technical liaison, ensuring customer satisfaction by providing high-quality technical support with a consultative approach. Responsibilities include troubleshooting product issues, escalating complex technical problems to product and engineering teams, and acting as an internal advocate for customers. They will also conduct post-sales training, identify opportunities for product expansion through technical QBRs, and participate in events to lead training sessions. The TAM will advocate for customer needs within Huntress, relaying feedback for product improvements, and guide customers through onboarding to ensure adoption and accelerate time to value. Additionally, they will identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities during technical account reviews and proactively identify areas for improvement in a fast-moving environment.
Managed endpoint detection and response services
