Requirements

Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in a client-facing Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting role, ideally within SaaS, IT Asset Management, or HR Tech. A strong understanding of IT procurement, hardware deployment, and device lifecycle management is essential. Familiarity with MDM, endpoint security, and global logistics is also required.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Engineer will partner with the IT Sales Team to support prospective clients by uncovering technical and operational pain points related to global IT equipment. They will design and present tailored IT solutions, including device procurement and lifecycle management, and act as the technical voice in client meetings, owning demos and RFP responses. Responsibilities also include translating customer needs into platform configurations, advising on implementation across geographies, and collaborating with internal teams to advocate for prospect needs and refine value messaging.
