We are seeking an experienced and strategic Tech Lead / Solutions Architect to lead the design, integration, and delivery of enterprise solutions for asset and work management within our utility operations. This pivotal role involves orchestrating technologies such as SAP EAM, GIS platforms, AutoCAD, ProjectWise, and Documentum to enhance asset lifecycle management, geospatial intelligence, and engineering workflows.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in enterprise architecture, a deep understanding of utility asset management processes, and a proven track record of delivering integrated solutions that drive operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and Lead Technical Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of integrated solutions across SAP EAM, GIS platforms, AutoCAD, ProjectWise, and Documentum to support asset and work management processes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, IT, and compliance, to gather requirements, define solution strategies, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Integration Strategy: Develop and implement integration strategies that enable seamless data flow between systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency across platforms.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in system design, development, and deployment.
  • Project Oversight: Lead project planning, resource allocation, and risk management activities to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure solutions comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies related to data security, privacy, and records retention.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve system capabilities and performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the utility sector.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficient in SAP EAM modules for asset lifecycle management.
    • Extensive experience with GIS platforms (e.g., ESRI ArcGIS) for geospatial data management.
    • Skilled in integrating engineering design tools such as AutoCAD into enterprise workflows.
    • Familiarity with ProjectWise for engineering document management and collaboration.
    • Knowledge of Documentum for enterprise content management and records retention.
  • Integration and Data Management: Strong understanding of system integration techniques, data modeling, and data governance principles.
  • Leadership and Communication: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $98,040.00 - $154,800.00 USD (Base Pay). This range is contingent on objective, documented work-related considerations like education, experience, certifications, licenses, and preferred qualifications.
  • Additional Compensation: Performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives are not guaranteed and are subject to eligibility requirements and Astreya's discretion.
