Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, information systems, or an equivalent combination of experience and education. A minimum of 5 years of related experience in Legal Technology or Professional Services products and services, and 3 years in a customer-facing role are required. Preferred experience includes Elite 3E, law firm environments, and knowledge of VB, C#, SQL, XML, Web Services, and Windows Operating System. Intermediate experience with collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced, changing environment are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Applications Management Consultant will provide application guidance to clients, collaborate with users to meet business needs, and analyze and resolve complex application and data integrity issues. Responsibilities include developing and improving integrated applications, maintaining existing applications, troubleshooting client-reported issues, and mentoring junior team members. The role also involves undertaking software installations, upgrading systems and processes, serving as the primary client contact, attending client meetings and team backlog reviews, building client relationships, ensuring SLA adherence, contributing to the team's Knowledge Base, and providing best practices guidance.
