The Solutions Engineer I will develop deep knowledge of Tines' no-code automation platform and apply it to customer challenges in security and IT operations. Responsibilities include delivering compelling presentations, building and demoing Tines Stories to showcase value, managing the technical decision process with customers, and collaborating with sales teams to develop competitive strategies. The role also involves supporting channel partners, providing market feedback to the product team, contributing to the knowledge base, and refining SE operations and best practices.
