Candidates should possess a strong understanding of technical pre-sales activities, including opportunity qualification, demonstrations, Proof-of-Concept execution, RFP responses, design documentation, and technical presentations. The role requires the ability to lead technical discovery, propose architectures, demonstrate product capabilities, and anticipate customer concerns with creative solutions. Solutions Architects must be comfortable engaging with decision-makers, building strong customer relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Experience in the healthcare, non-profit, public sector, or NGO segments is a plus. The ability to mentor peers and contribute to the broader Solutions Engineering community is also valued.
Solutions Architects are responsible for partnering with Account Executives and Partner Account Managers to drive pre-sales activities and deliver the technical win. They will lead the technical and product sale for customers, recommending best-practice solutions and guiding them on API usage. Key responsibilities include establishing a recurring technical presence within partner ecosystems, building and presenting complex product demonstrations, and proactively identifying and documenting organizational needs with proposed solutions. The role involves acting as a technical influencer, owning strategic technical visions, mentoring less experienced team members, and potentially presenting at industry events.
