Requirements

Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience building applications on development platforms, with a preference for 2 years of strong Application Development on the ServiceNow platform. A passion for AI and emerging technologies, with a track record of self-driven learning and staying ahead of trends, is essential. Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is also required.

Responsibilities

The Solution Architect will provide deep technical expertise during the pre-sales process for the US Public Sector business, focusing on AI, Data, and Workflow. Responsibilities include creating and communicating architecture and strategies to high-level executives, guiding cross-functional teams through complex challenges, identifying friction points, and architecting scalable solutions. This role involves overseeing the design of AI-native systems, interacting with customers to understand their needs, creating programs to demonstrate platform value, and supporting product management and engineering teams. Additionally, the architect will mentor peers, deliver product demonstrations, scope and deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements, stay current on product developments, support marketing events, and collaborate with sales and solution consulting peers to solve complex government problems.
