Responsibilities

  • Act as point of contact for customer adoption, create documentation on new/underutilized features/practices, empower firms, and identify additional use cases
  • Collaborate with sales team on pre-sales technical support, address technical questions, provide guidance on implementation/technical requirements/best practices, and assist in tailored demonstrations
  • Help customers understand implementation timelines, resources, integrations; develop high-level technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives
  • Provide technical guidance/training/best practices to implementation partners, act as liaison between partners/internal teams, resolve challenges, enable high-quality implementations
  • Engage proactively with customers to anticipate needs, identify underused features, drive adoption, and build relationships
