- Capability to provide technical guidance, training, and best practices to implementation partners, acting as a liaison to resolve challenges and ensure high-quality implementations
- Proficiency in proactive outreach, engaging customers to anticipate needs, identify underused features, and drive adoption
- Experience in usage analysis, monitoring and analyzing customer usage data to identify trends and engagement opportunities
- Knowledge in renewal management, working with CSMs and renewals team to identify/mitigate churn risks and spot growth opportunities
- Ability to improve customer sentiment by addressing concerns, offering tailored solutions, handling escalations, and turning customers into advocates
- Skills in feedback loop management, collecting/communicating customer feedback, acting as information conduit, assisting with documentation, and shepherding technical requests
- Expertise in technical solution design, developing designs for customer challenges, providing guidance on system architecture and integrations
Responsibilities
- Develop mastery of assigned product(s) from a usage perspective, explain/develop/document best practices, understand business cases and features, and recognize healthy adoption
- Act as point of contact for customer adoption, create documentation on new/underutilized features/practices, empower firms, and identify additional use cases
- Collaborate with sales team on pre-sales technical support, address technical questions, provide guidance on implementation/technical requirements/best practices, and assist in tailored demonstrations
- Help customers understand implementation timelines, resources, integrations; develop high-level technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Provide technical guidance/training/best practices to implementation partners, act as liaison between partners/internal teams, resolve challenges, enable high-quality implementations
- Engage proactively with customers to anticipate needs, identify underused features, drive adoption, and build relationships
- Monitor/analyze customer usage data to identify trends/opportunities for increased engagement
