Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4-6 years working in small to medium size healthcare IT settings
  • 3+ years direct practice facing customer service experience
  • 3+ years experience implementing technology solutions in healthcare IT settings
  • Expertise in endpoint and server management tools like group policy management, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Ivanti, or JAMF
  • Proficiency with RMM platforms like Kaseya, Datto, or ConnectWise
  • Extensive experience with managed browser environments such as Google Admin console
  • Strong understanding of Windows, Windows Server, and macOS operating systems
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) for automation
  • Networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of web-based and on-prem IT systems
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and de-escalate technical implementation issues
  • In depth understanding of the primary care market and customer needs

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in the implementation and maintenance processes for in-EHR point of care insights solutions
  • Proactively identify and mitigate barriers to deploying point of care solutions at scale
  • Provide expertise on installation and automated deployment options for point of care products
  • Advise practices on use of existing endpoint management, remote monitoring, and automation scripts
  • Serve as expert and primary point of escalation for issues related to the scalable deployment of Aledade’s point of care solutions
  • Serve as internal subject matter expert on the IT operations of ambulatory practices
  • Advise practices on deploying and configuring endpoint management tools
  • Provide guidance on creating and managing device and server profiles
  • Develop automation scripts to streamline repetitive tasks related to software deployment
