Requirements

Candidates must have Salesforce Platform experience, including selling or implementing Salesforce solutions and proficiency in building Salesforce Flows. A B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent relevant experience is required, along with database and/or SQL experience, and knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology. Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively to solve technical problems in varied environments, are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in a legal department or with legal technology, previous solution/sales engineer experience for a CRM, legal technology, or enterprise litigation management company, and Salesforce Certifications.

Responsibilities

The Senior Solution Engineer will support the sales team by identifying, quantifying, and capturing Litify's value proposition and solutions to address customer challenges. This role involves building and demonstrating the Litify platform to align with customer needs, conducting discovery sessions with potential clients, and directly engaging with stakeholders in client-facing environments through demos and presentations. Responsibilities also include configuring Salesforce for custom demonstrations, answering RFPs effectively, and traveling domestically 1-2 times per month.
