Responsibilities

The Senior Web Tracking Analyst will partner with Marketing teams to ensure accurate and consistent tracking of digital campaigns, own and maintain the web tracking framework using Google Tag Manager and Amplitude, and design/implement data layer components for correct capture of UTMs and conversion events. Responsibilities include connecting analytics tools to ad platforms for optimization, enabling user journey analysis through behavioral analytics tools, collaborating on data flows into Snowflake and Looker, and aligning tracking with Salesforce and HubSpot for end-to-end attribution. The role also involves building conversion-focused segmentation and personalization strategies, surfacing insights for CRO, and proactively identifying and resolving tracking gaps.
