Responsibilities

  • Define and track key website KPIs (traffic, engagement, and conversion rates) and use data to fuel growth
  • Develop and execute A/B tests and personalization initiatives
  • Ensure impeccable tracking, tagging, and attribution in the MarTech stack (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
  • Lead the SEO strategy and optimize pages for organic search visibility
  • Configure robots.txt, LLM.txt, and schema markup to boost performance across traditional and AI-powered search platforms
  • Work with demand gen, content, creative, and product marketing teams to launch high-impact landing pages and coordinate site updates for major events
