Familiarity with ATS platforms, ideally Ashby, is required, as well as the ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders. Candidates must be able to manage multiple projects efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced setting across various time zones.
The Senior Technical Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting across technical functions such as Engineering, Product, and Design. They will partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and create effective job descriptions. The recruiter will develop sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline, conduct candidate screenings, and coordinate interview scheduling. Providing an exceptional candidate experience with transparent communication and tracking recruiting metrics to optimize hiring outcomes are also key responsibilities.
