Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Design and/or Creative recruiting experience
  • Deep network in Product Design and Creative talent
  • Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced companies of scale
  • Track record of filling Product Design and Creative roles across multiple levels, including leadership
  • Comfortable operating as a full-stack recruiter, managing the entire candidate process end-to-end

Responsibilities

  • Lead hiring for Product Design and Creative teams
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders using a consultative approach to influence hiring decisions, shape strategies, and align with business goals
  • Source strong design talent, experimenting with creative channels beyond LinkedIn
  • Act as a full-cycle recruiter: sourcing, screening, managing interviews, and closing offers
  • Manage pipelines for 5-10+ open roles of varying complexity and seniority simultaneously
  • Assist with developing job posts, hiring plans, screening rubrics, and guiding the hiring process
  • Iterate on candidate feedback to improve the recruiting process
  • Mentor peers, share best practices, and build a culture of continuous improvement
  • Build scalable recruiting processes and standardize workflows for company growth
  • Emphasize diversity through traditional and creative inclusive hiring methods
