Requirements

Candidates must have at least 4 years of in-house, hands-on, full-cycle recruitment experience in a SaaS technology company, hiring for both technical and non-technical roles. A strong track record of sourcing and closing high-quality talent, with the ability to influence candidate decisions using data, clarity, and sound judgment is required. Employer brand sensibility with the ability to craft messaging and tell stories that attract top talent, and distribute messaging across platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor is necessary. The ability to run multiple requisitions in parallel while advancing smaller TA initiatives, comfort with recruitment analytics and funnel metrics, and strong relationship-building skills are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Partner will own the end-to-end recruitment process for all headcount, ensuring a phenomenal candidate experience by providing timely responses, feedback, and closing the loop. They will track and analyze recruitment metrics and pipeline, partner with leaders to understand business context and translate it into ideal candidate profiles, strategic sourcing, and a comprehensive interview process. Responsibilities include sourcing and creating a pool of highly qualified talent, training leaders on talent acquisition best practices, and executing the employer brand strategy by posting on LinkedIn and Glassdoor, monitoring career page traffic, and responding to reviews/comments. The role may also involve assisting with other projects such as ATS implementation.
