The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will recruit and lead the candidate experience for Revenue roles globally, collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create candidate scorecards. This role involves developing a deep understanding of the Deel product and the requirements for new team members. Responsibilities include refining interview processes for efficiency and an excellent candidate experience, developing internal and external sourcing strategies with management, and ensuring the maintenance of Deel's culture and principles.
