Experience hiring business and technical roles, from entry-level to Senior Director
Familiarity with Workable, Slack, and G Suite
Strong communication and organization skills
Authorized to work in the U.S
Provide Braven with a W9 prior to starting work or receiving payment
Pass background check and sign NDA
Work 5-10 hours/week, remotely
Check in with stakeholders who may work in different time zones

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing/application review to offer (90%)
Conduct kickoff calls with hiring managers
Ensure roles are filled within 60 days of the official start of the search process
Create a Slack channel, a Google Folder, and copies of interview materials for each role (10%)
Review all interview materials and provide feedback within two business days, focusing on clarity, fairness, and feasibility
Ensure hiring materials are created in preparation for the scheduled interviews
Check in with Director, Talent Acquisition, 30m every other week
