Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
  • Previous patient recruitment management experience (comparable to 5 years)
  • Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Analytical approach with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple global studies and implement recruitment/retention strategies
  • Develop and implement patient recruitment and retention strategies
  • Communicate with the study team (Project Manager, Clinical Team Managers, CRAs)
  • Ensure country and region-appropriate methods are used and requirements are met
  • Identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and escalate issues
  • Act as Subject Matter Authority for patient recruitment and retention topics
  • Track metrics and build progress reports on enrollment targets
  • Identify potential barriers to recruitment and retention and develop risk mitigation plans
  • Work with the client and study team to identify strategic solutions
  • Provide support for proposals and bid defenses around recruitment lead activities
  • Coordinate the quality and performance of third-party providers
  • Manage financial matters related to vendors
  • Coordinate communication between providers, clients, and the internal study team
  • Collaborate with the Patient Population Science team to ensure diversity plan is reflected in recruitment plan
  • Monitor patient diversity metrics and report progress to clients
  • Partner with Enrollment Vendor Leads to avoid redundancy of vendor tasks
  • Gather feedback from study teams and clients to review vendor performance
