Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience selling enterprise technology, particularly SaaS and hardware-based solutions. Demonstrated success in running complex technical deals with enterprise customers is essential, as is a solid understanding of L2 switching concepts such as VLANs, limitations of L2 vs. L3, and physical vs. logical network isolation. Familiarity with cloud environments like GCP, AWS, or Azure is beneficial.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will partner with Regional Sales Managers to navigate complex deals, lead successful technical Pilots (proof of concepts/proof of values) with customers, and execute Business Value Assessments to anchor business value across stakeholders. You will also conduct engaging product demos and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences, effectively communicating Ambient.ai’s value proposition, build strong customer relationships by acting as a trusted advisor, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap and represent the customer’s voice.
