Requirements
Candidates should have 5+ years of proven success selling enterprise technology, with a focus on SaaS and/or innovative hardware-based solutions, and clear examples of partnering with Sales to run complex technical deals with Enterprise customers. A solid understanding of L2 switching, basic Linux networking skills, and familiarity with any cloud environment (GCP, AWS, Azure) are required. Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills, along with a Bachelor's degree in CS or a related field, are essential. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, driven, self-starting, possesses technical knowledge, a consultative approach, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a customer-first attitude, belief in teamwork, and a competitive spirit. Familiarity with security cameras and physical access control systems (PACS) is a bonus.
Responsibilities
The Senior Sales Engineer will partner with Regional Sales Managers to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals and lead successful technical Pilots (proof of concepts/proof of values) with customers. They will work cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap and act as a voice of the customer. Responsibilities include executing Business Value Assessments, conducting engaging product demos and presentations to diverse audiences, and winning deals through world-class preparation and execution with a consultative approach. The role also involves building strong customer relationships by providing technical expertise, answering inquiries, and proposing solutions.
