Candidates should have demonstrable success in a customer-facing pre-sales role proposing enterprise solutions, experience leveraging AI tools for productivity, and experience working with clients and technology partners. Experience selling and implementing Enterprise Hardware or Software, Cloud Platforms, IaaS, PaaS, or Virtual Infrastructure software is required, along with comfort engaging multiple decision-makers, exceptional presentation skills, excellent communication skills, and a self-motivated attitude. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is also necessary, as is a willingness to travel.
The Senior Sales Engineer will uncover and drive new customer opportunities by providing sales and technical assistance, enabling seamless integration of Cohesity products, and responding to customer and partner requests. They will manage secondary storage technology strategy, communicate Cohesity's vision through demonstrations and proposals, and complete proof of concepts. The role involves identifying and resolving technical issues, collaborating with product management to provide field insights, and offering project management and post-sales technical support.
