Requirements

Candidates should possess over 7 years of software industry experience with a strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture and IT systems, including 3+ years in a UiPath Architect role with Advanced Developer Certification. Additionally, 2+ years of experience with the .NET Suite (C# or VB.net), recent experience with large language models and agentic implementations, excellent communication and presentation skills with fluent English proficiency, and a proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure environments are required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Solution Architect will design and evaluate enterprise-wide automation solutions, collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into architectural designs, and ensure alignment with enterprise roadmaps. Responsibilities include participating in process discovery and design meetings, creating solution design documents and test plans, preparing work effort estimates, creating and enforcing coding standards, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, identifying improvement opportunities, recommending best practices, collaborating with client IT teams, analyzing client requirements, and providing expert recommendations on software, platform, and network configurations. The role may also involve developing, testing, deploying, and documenting automation workflows.
