Excellent technical and business presentation, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a consistent track record of building strong internal relationships, and the ability to work autonomously and travel as needed are essential. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related field, or equivalent experience is necessary.
The Sr. Manager, Sales Engineering will lead a team in the Ohio Valley and Midwest territory, assisting with complex customer opportunities and mentoring team members. Responsibilities include providing expert sales and technical assistance, articulating Cohesity technology to teams and customers, and enabling seamless product integration. The role involves responding to customer and partner requests, driving secondary storage technology strategy, and communicating Cohesity's vision through demonstrations, workshops, white papers, and proposals. Guiding the team in successful proof of concepts, collaborating with product management on customer requirements, and providing project management and post-sales technical support are also key duties.
