Requirements

Candidates must be agile, systems-oriented thinkers capable of adapting to business strategy changes and connecting functions. They should demonstrate the ability to manage programs from start to finish, including logistics, content creation, and stakeholder management, while juggling multiple projects. Experience building training programs from scratch using adult learning methodologies is essential, as is working closely with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing teams to simplify technical subject matter. Strong communication and facilitation skills are required to translate complex concepts for a sales audience. Bonus points include experience in lean, high-growth environments, the dental or medical device industry, a selling role, sales content management systems, and aptitude for technology and automation.

Responsibilities

The Sales Enablement Lead will build and manage product and technical enablement programs, including new product introductions, competitive intelligence, and clinical deep-dives. They will serve as the primary liaison between sales and Product Marketing, Engineering, Product Development, and Manufacturing teams, translating complex information into sales-ready content. The role involves developing and facilitating engaging learning experiences focused on practical, role-specific application of technical knowledge to help sellers handle objections and demonstrate product value. Additionally, the Lead will work directly with sellers on 1:1 coaching and group training to improve their product knowledge and technical selling skills.
