Requirements

Candidates must have 3+ years of people management experience and outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Experience in a digital health organization or customer service support role, prior experience coaching or counseling members in a clinical and/or behavioral setting, and bilingual (Spanish) skills are strongly preferred. Strong organizational skills with attentiveness to detail are also required.

Responsibilities

The Health Coach Manager will lead, develop, and inspire a team of 12-15 Health Coaches to achieve exceptional member outcomes and ensure delightful member experiences. Responsibilities include managing team metrics, coach capacity, and individual coach development, while fostering a collaborative environment. The manager will monitor and own team performance, provide coaching and feedback, act as an expert in coaching methods and systems, encourage a solution-oriented culture, lead teammates through change, and champion the Virta culture and values.
