Requirements

Responsibilities

The Associate Director of Operational Readiness is responsible for developing and managing an integrated project plan to prepare a new manufacturing facility for operational readiness. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, serving as the primary liaison between project teams and site functions, leading a team to implement the plan, and ensuring clear communication and aligned priorities. The position also requires driving timely decision-making, managing stakeholder relationships, resolving issues, forecasting resource needs, reporting key metrics, and building a culture of operational excellence by embedding Lean principles.
