  • Perform assay integrations and address laboratory technical needs
  • Support new account implementations, including ordering, installation, and validation
  • Coordinate order, delivery, and billing processes to ensure operational efficiency
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Technical Service, and Finance to deliver cohesive customer experiences
  • Escalate and resolve customer challenges in collaboration with the service organization
  • Contribute to quality effectiveness through accurate documentation of complaints and resolutions
