Requirements

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience, preferably in consulting, banking, or big tech, with a strong preference for experience in high-growth B2B SaaS companies. Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments supporting GTM teams through rapid growth is essential. A scrappy and resourceful approach, a strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required. Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and preferred SQL skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Revenue Operations Manager will shape and execute the company's Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and processes from lead generation to renewal. They will partner with the COO and sales leadership to build GTM plans, drive cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to optimize the customer journey, and perform in-depth analysis of sales metrics, pipeline health, conversion rates, and rep productivity. This role involves building and maintaining reporting infrastructure, partnering with Finance on sales forecasting, commission plan design, and revenue recognition processes, and supporting company-wide projects like Pricing & Packaging, ICP definition, and new product rollouts. Additionally, the manager will run ad-hoc company-wide projects, leverage AI-driven tools for GTM, and coach and mentor team members while driving pace and accountability.
