Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and grow relationships with large-scale customers, particularly in retail or grocery channels like Walmart, is required. Strong proficiency in managing price package architecture and understanding sales-related KPIs is necessary. Experience working in a franchise system, bottling operations, or fountain environment is highly desirable. A track record of business development planning, leveraging industry insights, and demonstrated skills in data analysis, decision-making, and presenting persuasive recommendations are essential. A self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment is needed.
Lead Walmart U.S. field sales operations, coordinating Coca-Cola system resources, bottlers, and retailers to deliver seamless program execution, accelerate sales growth, and optimize customer satisfaction. Serve as the Coca-Cola system expert on Walmart's operational strategy, business systems, and positioning. Strategize and execute localized business plans in partnership with Walmart’s regional management, Coca-Cola bottlers, and retail stakeholders to drive volume and profit growth. Collaborate cross-functionally to enable Coca-Cola’s marketing and operational programs, meeting budgetary targets and growing relationships. Manage price/package plans and performance, ensuring alignment with Walmart’s business goals and shopper needs. Provide ongoing insights, communication, and feedback with Coca-Cola system stakeholders and Walmart's field teams, acting as the first point of contact for operational challenges and problem-solving. Lead forecasting, reporting, and performance management across Walmart’s U.S. business, emphasizing hitting strategic KPIs. Analyze sales data, uncover growth opportunities, and implement innovations to exceed goals.
