Proven expertise in marketing automation platforms (Marketo/HubSpot/Pardot), Salesforce CRM, and analytics tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.) is required. Strong understanding of demand generation funnels, campaign attribution, and pipeline metrics, along with hands-on experience implementing AI-driven marketing solutions, is essential. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are also necessary.
The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will work on strategic technology projects for the Marketing and Demand Gen Team and drive AI strategy execution for the Marketing and Revenue Teams. This role involves monitoring and maintaining data hygiene, enrichment, segmentation, and attribution tracking, as well as managing lead routing, scoring models, and revenue cycle architecture. The manager will act as the primary liaison between marketing, sales, revenue operations, product marketing, and analytics teams, and support campaign execution teams by building operational infrastructure, workflows, and analytics. They will lead complex, multi-stakeholder marketing initiatives and champion a test-and-learn mindset to improve efficiency, scalability, and business impact.
