This position is part of the PostSale team, supporting onboarding, account management/expansion, and support teams, as well as assisting our fintech teams.

Their focus is on driving a buyer-centric go-to-market strategy and enabling Jobber to engage with the right person, at the right time, and in the right way. The team's collaborative efforts create a synergy that is greater than the sum of its individual parts.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a senior subject matter expert within the RevOps organization and contribute to the development of junior staff.
  • Drive mission-critical initiatives across both go-to-market strategy and technical transformation.
  • Own the operational aspects of our go-to-market functions, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Success stakeholders to optimize processes for prospect conversion throughout the funnel.
  • Facilitate and lead strategic planning with go-to-market leadership and Finance for high-level initiatives, including organizational structure, sales tactics, segmentation, and new experiments.
  • Collaborate effectively internally and externally, serving as a liaison between go-to-market craft functions to align on top priorities.
  • Work closely with technical teams to implement system and process changes.
  • Establish and maintain the source of truth for go-to-market metrics, creating, communicating, and tracking key performance indicators to drive business forward and set team targets.
  • Analyze trends and performance to identify efficiencies and understand process bottlenecks and inconsistencies across the sales lifecycle.
  • Identify the technological needs of go-to-market teams and manage tooling changes from sourcing through to implementation.
