Experience with sales methodologies like COM or MEDDPICC is required, as is expertise in GTM enablement technologies such as LMS, CMS, KM, and conversational analysis tools. Strong project management, communication, presentation, and data-driven analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and influence senior leaders.
The GTM Enablement Manager will develop and deliver impactful enablement programs for the Upmarket sales team, focusing on reducing time-to-productivity for new hires and bridging skill gaps. This role involves standardizing key sales cycle stages, delivering training and coaching, and partnering with Product Marketing to create effective sales collateral. Responsibilities also include evaluating and improving content playbooks, measuring enablement initiative effectiveness using data from platforms like Gong and Salesforce, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the sales team is prepared to sell Upmarket.
