Responsibilities

  • Be embedded in executive planning, shaping decisions before they are made rather than reacting to them afterward
  • Partner with Finance to lead bottoms-up and top-down revenue planning & forecasting, including quotas, capacity planning, ramp modeling, bookings targets, and GTM design
  • Align variable compensation strategy & design with desired behaviors to influence retention, motivation, and cost of sale
  • Build and maintain forecasting processes that instill confidence with the board and guide hiring, investment, and spending decisions
  • Develop predictive insights by modeling “what-if” scenarios across pricing, pipeline, productivity, and headcount planning
  • Optimize GTM technology stack, including overseeing HubSpot, Gong, Clari, and other tools; optimize usage, reduce redundancy, and own the roadmap and adoption strategy
  • Provide cross-functional alignment with clean data, shared language, and actionable insights to Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to enable faster, smarter decisions
  • Deliver board & investor-ready outputs, including defensible, audit-proof dashboards and forecasts that clearly communicate business performance and drive action
