The Senior Strategic Accounts Manager will own and grow relationships with a portfolio of government and nonprofit strategic accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact to guide partners through onboarding, support ongoing impact, and collaborate internally to ensure meaningful outcomes for families and providers. They will also lead cross-functional execution, coordinate internal teams, drive partner satisfaction and retention, collaborate with Sales teams to identify expansion opportunities, and serve as the voice of the partner internally to inform product and service improvements.
