Requirements

Candidates must have 8+ years of in-house transactional experience with direct interaction with customers, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders, including 5+ years negotiating SaaS agreements with enterprise clients. A strong understanding of the full contract lifecycle, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Product Suites, excellent organizational and communication skills, and admission to the bar in good standing are required. Experience in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and a growth mindset are also essential.
