Candidates must have 8+ years of in-house transactional experience with direct interaction with customers, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders, including 5+ years negotiating SaaS agreements with enterprise clients. A strong understanding of the full contract lifecycle, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Product Suites, excellent organizational and communication skills, and admission to the bar in good standing are required. Experience in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and a growth mindset are also essential.
The Senior Commercial Counsel will be responsible for the Eastern Region of the US, focusing on Enterprise deals and supporting Area Directors. This role involves independently leading legal negotiations with customers, providing guidance on subscription agreements, data processing agreements, partner agreements, and vendor agreements. Additionally, the position will contribute to initiatives aimed at streamlining the company's contracting process.
