Radian is seeking a Sr. Client Service Manager to act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and operations. This role provides senior-level support to the Client Service Management team by evaluating and recommending processes to ensure account objectives are met, including work orders, annual audits, and risk assessments. The Sr. Client Service Manager will develop detailed specifications for new product implementations for clients, supporting the sales effort by serving as a subject matter expert, participating in client calls, managing the contracting process, and ensuring compliance with all requirements. This position supports the Vice President of Diligence Operations, Vice President of Product, and Senior Vice President of Business Development by analyzing operational business problems and providing resolutions to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Basic Education: HS Diploma or GED
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Work Experience: 6 or more years of prior work experience
  • Industry Experience: 6+ years in the mortgage/real estate industry, including capital markets, structured lending, and business purpose lending specific guidelines and operational knowledge.
  • Skills:
    • Experience in business purpose lending guidelines and processes.
    • Knowledge of business purpose lending processes and procedures.
    • Ability to learn and explain product offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate new client relationships and business opportunities within the business purpose lending space.
  • Ensure execution of business purpose lending transactions, including interactions with lenders, investors, and valuations.
  • Provide final review of applicable contracts and confirm that work performed meets requirements for certification.
  • Ensure client expectations, scope, and other relevant details are communicated to appropriate operational teams and conduct daily follow-up to ensure critical timelines are met.
  • Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction by collaborating with the Client Service Manager team and handling escalations when needed.
  • Develop detailed specifications for the implementation of new products for clients, confirming new products within a diligence scope.
  • Facilitate the completion of client inquiries, audits, and annual risk assessments where applicable.
  • Update CRM with current opportunities and engagement details.
  • Present product offerings via video or in-person at conferences or client-scheduled meetings as needed.
  • Coordinate conference attendance and meetings with all CSMs to confirm all client coverage.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.
