Requirements

Candidates should possess 10-15+ years of experience in brand and communications, with a proven ability to lead strategy and execution. Experience in developing integrated brand and communications strategies, managing media relations, analyst engagement, corporate communications, crisis management, reputation management, and thought leadership is required. A strong understanding of social media and content marketing strategies is also necessary, along with experience in leading and mentoring teams and managing agency relationships. Budget planning and performance metrics reporting experience is expected.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director, Brand & Communications will lead the strategy and execution to evolve the company's brand into a distinctive, trusted voice. This role involves developing integrated brand and communications strategies, creating a cohesive narrative across media, content, social, and internal/external communications to elevate market position and deepen stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include owning and evolving the brand identity, positioning, voice, and narrative; leading media and analyst engagement strategies; serving as a trusted advisor on external communications and brand reputation; leading crisis communications strategy and execution; guiding partner- and client-facing communications; developing proactive strategies to manage and enhance corporate reputation; supporting internal communications and employee engagement; overseeing the development of brand content strategy and assets; leading corporate social media strategy; and leading, mentoring, and growing a brand and communications team.
