Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Recruiter will own the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume non-technical roles, including CX, Sales, Growth, and Marketing. They will partner with hiring managers to define role needs, build interview processes, and identify top talent efficiently. Responsibilities include driving proactive sourcing strategies, conducting structured interviews, screening numerous candidates weekly with a focus on speed and quality, and maintaining the ATS (Ashby) for pipeline hygiene. The role also involves delivering a positive candidate experience, providing feedback to hiring teams, and refining recruiting processes to support scaling.
