The base salary for this role is $100,000-$125,000.

Requirements include 3+ years of startup operating experience in recruiting, sales, ops, marketing or similar, drive to learn, analytical mindset, experience in fast-paced environments, strong written communication skills, and comfort with recruiting tools and AI.
