Candidates should have at least 3 years of startup operating experience in functions such as recruiting, sales, operations, or marketing. A strong drive to learn and become a talent market expert, an analytical mindset, and experience in fast-paced environments requiring problem-solving are essential. Excellent written communication skills and comfort with new recruiting software, tools, and AI technologies are also required.
The Recruiter will manage the full hiring cycle for Go-To-Market and business roles, from sourcing to screening and interview coordination. They will develop a deep understanding of the talent landscape to source high-caliber candidates, conduct initial candidate screenings, and partner with leaders to refine role requirements and identify ideal profiles. Additionally, the role involves managing sourcing volume to maintain healthy pipelines and understanding funnel dynamics.
