Senior GTM Recruiter (6-Month Contract)

Position Overview

Apollo.io is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter for a six-month contract to join our recruiting team. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for mid and senior-level positions within our Revenue and Marketing organizations. You will be instrumental in developing sourcing strategies, building robust talent pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while managing multiple high-priority requisitions. As a strategic partner, you will collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to attract top talent aligned with our mission.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for mid and senior positions in Marketing, Sales, Success, and RevOps teams.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build a high-quality pipeline of candidates.
  • Conduct 15+ phone screens per week, driving 360 sourcing reachouts per quarter.
  • Lead structured interviews, including designing interview plans and running debriefs.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders, ensuring alignment on role requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track progress, optimize processes, and inform decision-making.
  • Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts by creating diverse interview panels and promoting equitable hiring practices.
  • Manage recruiting efforts autonomously, while following established recruiting processes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Compensation teams to streamline the recruiting process and offer strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably for Sales, Revenue, and Marketing roles.
  • Environment: Proven experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong experience working with leaders at all levels, from front-line managers to VPs.
  • Data-Driven Recruiting: Expertise in data-driven recruiting, utilizing analytics to drive talent acquisition strategy.
  • Industry Familiarity: Familiarity with high-volume Revenue Ops orgs, high-performing marketing teams, and product-led growth business models.
  • Tools: Experience with Gem and Greenhouse or similar recruiting platforms.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across functions.
  • Organization: Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to pivot quickly and manage multiple requisitions.
  • Candidate Experience: A passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and driving Apollo.io's values.
