Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a preference for roles within Sales, Revenue, and Marketing, and demonstrate proven experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, capable of adapting to changing priorities. They should also have strong experience working with leaders at all levels, including front-line managers and VPs, and expertise in data-driven recruiting, utilizing analytics to inform decision-making.

Responsibilities

The Senior GTM Recruiter will own the complete recruiting process for mid and senior-level positions within the Marketing, Sales, Success, and RevOps teams, developing and implementing sourcing strategies to build a high-quality candidate pipeline, conducting 15+ phone screens per week, driving 360 sourcing reachouts per quarter, leading structured interviews, providing an exceptional candidate experience, collaborating with business leaders, utilizing data and analytics to track progress, ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, managing recruiting autonomously while following established processes, and partnering cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Compensation teams to streamline the recruiting process and offer strategies.
