Furthermore, candidates are expected to have a high level of knowledge, competence, and professional image, regularly reporting visit activities in the ETMS system and providing accurate information about the effectiveness of BMS promotional materials. Participation in training, conferences, and medical literature review is also required to develop and enhance professional knowledge, sharing expertise with team members, and managing promotional materials effectively.

Responsibilities

The Senior Medical Representative will execute the market strategy outlined by the market manager, conducting visits to establish and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding customer medical needs, and achieving and sustaining visit rates. They will also provide accurate reporting in the ETMS system daily, coordinate local meetings, update customer data, and share knowledge and experience with team members. Additionally, they will manage professional equipment and promotional materials, ensuring their integrity, and fulfilling site-essential, site-by-design, field-based, or remote-by-design job requirements as determined by BMS’s occupancy structure, including travel to visit customers, patients, or business partners as directed.
