A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is required, and the ability to travel up to 40%, including international travel, is essential.
The Key Account Alliance Manager Pharma will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key biopharma clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored CDx and Computational Pathology solutions to support their drug development and commercialization efforts. They will navigate matrixed organizations, identify decision-makers, engage internal team members, and drive deal closure to achieve business targets. Additionally, the role involves identifying client needs through consultative activities, fostering long-term loyalty, and contributing to the overall growth of the company through upselling and cross-selling within key accounts, while also monitoring market trends and competitor activities and gathering customer feedback.
