As a Senior Account Executive at Bardy Diagnostics (BDx), you will be a key representative of Baxter, showcasing your deep understanding of our product portfolio and belief in the value and quality they provide to patients. You will build trust and establish strong relationships with doctors and nurses who use Baxter solutions daily. As the primary connection to healthcare professionals, you are the face and voice of our solutions, identifying connections between teams and driving business results. The insights and feedback you share will inform priorities and changes across the organization.

Bardy Diagnostics (BDx) is seeking passionate Senior Account Executives to join our Sales Team. You will be instrumental in raising awareness about BardyDx and our innovative CAM Patch, driving market adoption to establish it as the new standard of care in cardiac monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a territory business plan and sales strategy.
  • Increase revenue in the assigned territory by promoting BardyDx’s Core products and services.
  • Develop relationships with Electrophysiologists, Cardiologists, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Neurologists, and Emergency Medicine Physicians to drive increased adoption of products and services.
  • Spend 80% of your time in the assigned territory promoting the company’s products and services.
  • Train staff, physicians, and administration on the accurate usage and billing codes for our products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Successful experience in medical sales (ideally with a focus on Cardiology or Electrophysiology) and B2B sales experience.
  • Previous Cardiology or Electrophysiology sales experience is preferred.
  • Previous Cardiac Monitoring or Cardiology experience is a plus.
  • Experience selling to hospitals, including emergency departments, is strongly preferred.
