Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or RevOps within the B2B SaaS industry. Proven expertise in administering and optimizing HubSpot Marketing Hub, including building and managing end-to-end campaign infrastructure, is essential. A solid understanding of UTMs, attribution models, and key marketing funnel metrics, along with experience operationalizing and analyzing multi-channel campaigns, is required. Strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to align objectives and improve processes are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Operations Manager will serve as the operational backbone of the marketing engine, building scalable processes, driving performance insights, and leveraging automation and AI. Key responsibilities include administering and optimizing the marketing technology stack, driving automation and efficiency with AI, ensuring data integrity and performance visibility through standardized tracking, and evaluating/integrating emerging marketing technologies. The role also involves providing end-to-end operational support for multi-channel campaigns, optimizing audience and lead flow for seamless sales handoff, and delivering strategic insights through performance analysis and reporting to enhance ROI and accelerate pipeline growth.
