Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, at least 3 years of people leadership experience, and over 5 years of experience in operations, project, or program management. Proficiency in process improvement methodologies, experience with external clients and vendors, strong analytical skills with data analysis capabilities, and experience in healthcare, healthtech, care navigation, or health insurance are also required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to lead through influence, and a strong sense of ownership are essential.
The Manager of Operations Project Management will lead and develop a team of Operations Project Managers and Program Managers, providing guidance, resources, and support for their daily responsibilities and career development. This role involves overseeing strategic client launches and complex, cross-functional projects within Member Care, ensuring adherence to project management best practices. Responsibilities include ensuring Member Care has the necessary tools, systems, and documented processes for project execution, managing major issue resolution during projects, and guiding process development with external vendors and carriers. The manager will also champion process improvement initiatives, foster cross-functional collaboration with various departments and stakeholders, and represent Member Care in project-related discussions. Additionally, the role requires maintaining regular communication with Senior Leadership on team status and project health, and ensuring the team meets all goals and metrics targets.
