Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role is required, preferably within B2B SaaS or marketing technology companies. Essential technical skills include advanced proficiency in SQL, expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, and strong knowledge of marketing attribution platforms and A/B testing methodologies. Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems is necessary, and knowledge of Python, R, or statistical programming languages is preferred. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with strong business acumen and project management abilities, are also crucial.

Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Analyst will conduct deep-dive analyses of marketing performance across all channels, build and maintain dashboards tracking key marketing KPIs, and identify trends to inform strategic decisions. Responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, monitoring marketing attribution, and optimizing lead scoring and conversion funnels in collaboration with the demand generation team. The role involves partnering with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to understand the customer lifecycle and support go-to-market strategies, pricing, and market segmentation. Additionally, the analyst will maintain data integrity across the marketing technology stack, develop predictive models, and stay current with analytics trends and best practices, mentoring junior team members.
